Who is Jason Stotts?

Bio

Jason graduated cum laude from Denison University in Granville, Ohio in 2006 with a BA in both Philosophy and Economics.  Since then, he has been working on his first book, tentatively titled Eros and Ethos: The Ethics of Modern Sex (see the Eros and Ethos page for more details).

He has been an active blogger on multiple blogs, first with A Rational Perspective that ran from ’04-’07, then the first Erosophia (hosted on blogspot) from ’07-’10, and now on the new Erosophia here on JasonStotts.com.  He has also had blog posts appear on Life on the Swingset.

His primary interest is in sexual ethics.  In terms of philosophers, he’s interested in Ayn Rand, Nietzsche, and Ancient Philosophy, primarily Plato and Aristotle. In terms of fields, he focuses primarily on Ethics and Epistemology, although he does sometimes write about Politics.  He does write about Economics from time to time, but prefers Philosophy.
